Our forum comes with a Member’s Area, where people can get to know each other and personalize their own profile pages. Members to our Breaking Down the Wall team can add new posts, write comments, and like posts.
When visitors sign up as members, they can join conversations, follow posts, upload media, leave comments, and be notified of any new activity in discussions they’re following. As the site owner, I can use Wix Chat to speak to both site members and visitors directly.

Hello everyone, I am Ken Banks, the host of the Breaking Down the Wall podcast and this contributor to this site. I have been a lifelong learner and training prophet for as long as I can remember. I started "teaching" as Boy Scout and never stopped... Now I spend my time consulting training organizations to help them build a better learning environment for their valued and experienced teams.
Throughout my career, I have had many mentors who have left a positive impression on molding my philosophy. Every person encountered allowed me to analyze, grow, and build my outlook regardless if the experience was a good one, or it left me with information to ponder.
I enjoy sharing thoughts, ideas, and especially enjoy brainstorming. You know, I am always bringing in great ideas from left field... I look forward to getting to know those who share my passion for learning and growing.
